Replacement Unitary Development Plan (RUDP) for the Bradford District

Please note: In October 2008, a total of 16 policies were deleted from the RUDP by the Secretary of State. These policies have been superseded by either national or regional policies. The 16 deleted RUDP policies consist of: UDP5, UR4, E3A, H1, H2, H3, H5, TM9, TM13,TM21, TM22, NE12, NR6, NR1, P4, P14. For further details on 'Saved Policies', please see the Secretary of State Direction letter.

As of July 2017, a further 125 RUDP policies have been superseded by the adoption of the Core Strategy Development Plan document. Only 47 RUDP policies remain until the adoption of the Land Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) or Area Action Plan DPDs. Please be aware that the online interactive RUDP (maps and documents) have not been updated to take account of these changes.

How to view the maps

  • Select which of the Adopted RUDP maps you wish to look at using the links below.
  • The map legend for the Proposals Maps and the City and Town Centre Insets is provided as a separate file.
  • Please note the file size of the map you wish to look at before proceeding, some are large files and may not open immediately.

Advice

To view a map, right click the link and "choose save link as" or "save target as", and then save the file on your computer. You can then open the map file to view it.
